DEPOSIT: $200 USD is required within 7 days after I confirm your reservation request.

Rooms are subject to hotel tax of 7.25% and Hawaii excise tax of 4.712% for a total tax of 11.96%.
There are no additional costs assessed... such as cleaning or parking fees.
Sorry, we do not handle charge card transactions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You will receive a cheerful refund:
(1) If you cancel your reservation at least one month (30 days) prior to your scheduled arrival;
(2) Any money pre-paid over the required deposit;
(3) Or if the room is re-rented.

CHECK-IN TIME is between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Checkout time is at 10 a.m. If you need different arrival or departure times, please advise. We make every effort to accommodate.
